Even Though Stevie has had so much sucess with his first album he has still not made the breakthrough to mainstream charts. Most of his sucess has been in Hong Kong and China. He is now I believe signed under a new management company a big one. His new album is set to release shortly but I agree there is a fine line between up and coming and fully pledged artists but I am certain this new album will push him over. He is an amazing talent and plenty record companies have shown an interest in stevie.
