I love "Warwick Avenue" and I have to say it is probably my fave song on the whole album. I didn't think I would like the album but it was fabulous.

I havnt heard the album in full but the few songs I have heard are quite good but is she a one trick pony?

One trick pony as in one hit wonder? I don't think so---she has a great voice and most of her songs are not anything like what you hear on the radio.

As in sings the same type of songs all the time.

Well in that case----my answer is still I don't think so. She certainly has a style as most musician's do---but her album is a mix of bluesy sad songs and the more upbeat tunes like "Mercy".

She reminds me of a British version of Marlyn Monroe in looks. Her voice is suited to a club type environment and I bet she would be really popular on the blues circuit.
